U.S. Warns International Students: Skipping Classes May Lead to Visa Revocation
The United States government has issued a strong warning to international students studying in the country, stressing that failure to attend classes or maintain full-time enrollment could lead to the revocation of their student visas.
This reminder follows consistent enforcement policies under the F-1 and M-1 visa categories, which require foreign students to remain actively enrolled and in good academic standing throughout their program.
“Students must take their immigration status seriously. Missing classes or falling below the required academic load without prior approval could result in visa cancellation or deportation,”
If you drop out, skip classes without informing your school, your student visa maybe revoked and you may lose eligibility for future U.S. visas
