A teenager has initiated legal action against the EFCC after enduring a harrowing ordeal of detention, which tragically resulted in her missing crucial school exams. The distressing incident unfolded when she was abruptly taken from her school premises by the Lagos zone EFCC, all stemming from a business transaction her mother had engaged in back in 2020.

Now, she is fiercely pursuing justice, aiming not only to shed light on the injustice she faced but also seeking substantial compensation of 10 million naira to address the profound damages inflicted upon her life and education.
